This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours each week including 6 hours paid non-contact admin time and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills . With ongoing training mentorship and support youll be equipped to thrive in this leadership role. Hours Monday to Friday 6 : 008 : 45am (Rise & Shine) 2 : 306 : 00pm (Stay & Play) Plus Non Contact Admin Allocation About the Role As an OSHClub Coordinator youll lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging Kindergarten and before- and after-school program for children aged 4-12 years. Your leadership responsibilities include : Creating and leading dynamic child-centred programs across both Kindergarten and OSHC incorporating exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts & craftsdesigned to inspire and engage children. Managing a dedicated newly built OSHC room with exclusive access to its own kitchen office and shared outdoor yard within the beautiful Trinity College Grounds. Taking ownership of your teams roster managing day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and handling administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and professional growth. Receiving mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team to help you develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
