About the Opportunity School Plus specialises in providing high-quality Outside School Hours Care Programs to primary-aged children. We care for children before school, after school, and during school holidays, creating a patch for every child to G.R.O.W. What you’ll do We are looking for a visionary Co‑Leader to support our Service in New Farm to co‑lead the day‑to‑day operations of a fully resourced program that operates before school, after school, and during vacation care. You’ll guide a team of passionate educators, build strong relationships with families and the school, and ensure the delivery of a safe, engaging, and child‑led program. Collaborate with the Service Leader to manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality care. Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Plan, implement, and review creative, engaging programs for primary school‑aged children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and the National Quality Standard. Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community. Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where children and educators can GROW. Support administration, including rostering, enrolments, and reporting. Step into the Service Leader role as required. What you’ll bring A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience in OSHC or early childhood education, with demonstrated leadership and management skills. Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills. A genuine passion for child development, team leadership, and creating positive learning environments.
