The Opportunity Enjoy the freedom to lead your area with strategic independence - backed by the resources, systems, and stability of a well-established hospitality group. After completing a comprehensive 60-day onboarding program, you’ll take full responsibility for a portfolio of seven restaurants across Greater Melbourne. In this role, you'll coach and mentor Restaurant Managers and their teams, playing a vital part in developing future leaders and building a high-performance culture. Day-to-day, you’ll have a direct impact on business performance, customer experience, and team engagement across your region. To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be highly adaptable, bring proven experience at an area/regional management level, and demonstrate strong leadership in both people development and operational excellence. The Candidate Our client requires 3+ years hospitality experience as an Area Manager or Regional Manager, preferably within restaurants or venues Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams within hospitality is essential - you will need to have the ability to identify, and develop, future leaders & deploy the right talent to the right restaurant You have the ability to drive results through values and take an inclusive approach to sales analysis with Restaurant leaders Experience developing & maximising revenue growth across multi-sites and being able to demonstrate year on year growth is essential A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels - you know how to get the best out of non management just as well as you know how to manage stakeholders and executive management Benefits Take pride in working for a rising group that have big expansion plans for 2025 and beyond Short term opportunities to help grow people and sales, and mid-long term opportunities to grow in levels as the group expands Autonomous role that will allow you to get on with your job that values previous experience On the ground support from a Group Operations Manager, plus weekly conference meetings and/or head office meetings Very competitive salary package plus bonuses and company perks How to apply Please attach CV and click apply.
