About the role As Area Manager for Ultimate Security, Victoria, you'll lead a high‑performing team, overseeing operations and business development efforts to expand our portfolio. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, staff safety, and contributing to our mission to deliver top‑tier security services. Key Accountabilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support staff across Victoria, ensuring operational excellence and team empowerment. Monitor performance and foster career development. Business Development: Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with the State Manager to develop sales strategies. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary client contact, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including local law enforcement. Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee smooth contract transitions and maintain operational documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Staff Management & Development: Lead staff adoption of IT solutions for efficiency, mentor high‑potential staff and oversee recruitment, induction and training. Administration & Compliance: Manage audits, payroll, rostering and annual leave for assigned sites. Ensure compliance with policies and contractual agreements. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience leading security services operations and driving business development or sales initiatives. Proven ability to manage operations, sales and client relationships. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills. Experience leading diverse teams and driving service excellence. Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and growth. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior leadership. Relevant State Security License and qualifications. Why Join Ultimate Security?
