If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting goals, and want to work in a supportive environment that celebrates wins, this is your chance A bit about the role: Start date: 12 th January 2026 Base salary: $68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading Full time Permanent role – Rotating roster Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm Location: West Perth or Joondalup – You choose What’s in it for you? Paid parental /carers leave Active Social club with organised events and retail discounts EAP services What you’ll do: Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone to understand their needs. assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services. Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier. Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members Smash your sales targets and celebrate your wins. Be part of a team that supports and motivates each other. What we’re looking for: A natural communicator with a positive attitude. Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment.
