Call Centre Representative (Member Solutions Consultant) Join us as a Call Centre Representative (Member Solutions Consultant) at Australian Retirement Trust. This permanent, full‑time role based in Brisbane supports our members, employers, and external financial advisors via multi‑channel contact – inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat. What you’ll do Handle account, product, and legislation enquiries from members. Provide general advice where suitable and support members in making informed retirement decisions. Deliver the best member experience with empathy, resilience, and clear communication. Participate in a blended learning program and classroom training to build foundational knowledge. Work flexibly across Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑7:30 pm, with a rotating roster. Who you are Customer focused with experience in a service‑based industry such as retail, hospitality, or contact centres. Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, resilient, and able to handle peak periods and high pressure. Willing to learn and embrace change in a digital‑first environment. Capable of solving problems creatively and efficiently. Holds a supportive, structured approach and lives in Brisbane.
