About The Role We are on the hunt for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Richmond Showroom In your role as Interior Designer you will be doing everything from taking the initial brief to final presentation. You will also support the Design Consultants with Interior Design projects, taking the lead. Join our supportive team and begin your career at Coco and our family of brands. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to all clients Take initial briefs from clients to final presentations Create Concept Presentation Documents Develop detailed interior design architectural documentation Select materials and Finishes Create Schedules Lead designs on any given project, driving and developing innovative and creative design concepts Proactively update your knowledge of design and furnitureEnsure all scopes of project are accurate prior to presentation Report back on any leads that may need to be reallocated Technical Skills Documentation: Revit, Vector Works, Sketch Up 3D Modelling Presentations: Indesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Canva Who you are Previous experience in a similar role or interior design studio Interior Design qualification Immaculate presentation Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with sales targets and KPIs Self‑motivated, detail‑driven, and committed to excellence Passionate about interiors and transforming homes into elevated space Available to work full time – including at least 1 weekend day Why Join Coco Republic Uncapped commissions + performance incentives Leave on your birthday – because your special day matters Ongoing learning and career development opportunities Generous product discounts for you and your loved ones A warm, collaborative team culture where people and creativity shine Access to our Employee Assistance Program, anytime you need it Paid parental leave and a commitment to work‑life balance If you believe in the power of design to inspire, and love delivering elevated experiences, join the brand that’s setting the benchmark in interiors.
