About the Role We are looking for an experienced passionate Assistant Showroom Manager to join our Richmond Showroom. Well suited to a natural leader with a hungry passion for retail sales, this position oversees the vibrant and successful consultants to ensure they are hitting store budgets and targets as set by the business. Commitment to driving a high‑performing team, with a can‑do approach. You will also provide training, coaching and motivation to the team while maintaining a positive culture. This role will be rostered to include a weekend day.
