About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Property and Conveyancing team. You’ll play a key role in managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to settlement. Prepare contracts, transfer documents, settlement statements, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions. Conduct title and property searches and maintain accurate matter records. Coordinate settlements using PEXA and other electronic platforms. Provide general administrative support to the property team. About You Proven experience in residential or commercial conveyancing (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong understanding of PEXA and conveyancing processes. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
