Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure commercial partnership revenue across entertainment assets, focusing on prepaid, gifting and sponsorship channels Drive new partnership opportunities across EVT Group businesses (Hotels, Thredbo, State Theatre) Support negotiation and finalisation of commercial deals in line with business goals Create impactful partnership presentations and proposals that communicate cross‑platform benefits Mentor and support the Partnerships & Sales Executive to build a high‑performing team Lead integrated campaign planning and brand partnership development Develop and maintain strong industry contacts across marketing, media, and loyalty sectors Build tailored sales plans to grow profitable accounts and meet KPIs Manage partner relationships, contractual obligations, and renegotiations Deliver clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholders Skills & Experience: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to secure and grow cross‑platform partnerships Experience in complex commercial contracting Creative and strategic mindset with a focus on innovation Established contacts within loyalty, entertainment, and partnerships markets Ability to develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals Demonstrated experience with loyalty products and advertising sales channels in the Australian market.
