Brefni is a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering complex projects across NSW. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our high-performing team in Wagga Wagga. This is a key leadership opportunity to oversee the delivery of major regional civil projects while supporting the growth of Brefni’s presence in the Riverina region. About the Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, commercial performance, and client engagement. You will provide strong leadership to site teams and play a central role in managing project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Leading planning, delivery, and close-out of civil construction projects Managing budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Overseeing site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and project resources Ensuring alignment with Brefni’s BMS, safety systems, and industry standards Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving continuous improvement About You You will be a capable and proactive project leader with: 8–10+ years’ experience in civil construction project delivery Demonstrated success delivering projects in roads, utilities, rail or infrastructure Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Why Join Brefni?
