This permanent, full‑time position is based on site in Warriewood, NSW, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success in the IT sector. You will provide essential desktop support, manage network equipment, and respond to technical queries to maintain seamless operations. Responsibilities Provide escalation point for the IT Desktop Support team and assist with help‑desk support. Configure and manage network switches with VLANs and Wireless Access Point (WAP) controllers; plan rollouts and upgrades. Support servers and high‑level systems as an overlapping role for continuity in critical infrastructure. Deliver technical support and incident management across technology areas and platforms. Desired Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role, including network administration. Proficient in using ticketing systems to manage workload. Network administration experience (WAN, WAPs, VLANs, patching, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Understanding of server technologies such as Hyper‑V, clustering, compellent storage, and virtual machines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and iOS. Hybrid Active Directory and Group Policies. Microsoft Office 365 Suite administration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). MDM solutions such as NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf. Enterprise‑grade cybersecurity solutions. Veeam backup expertise. ITIL process knowledge. Experience with technical writing.
