A bustling, modern medical centre is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join its highly experienced team in a well-supported mixed billing practice. The clinic operates Monday through Friday and offers high patient volume with a diverse case mix, including paediatrics, adolescent, geriatric, aged care, and multicultural and indigenous patient populations. The facility boasts twelve contemporary doctor consult rooms, a four-bed treatment room, and a dedicated procedure room, with pathology, pharmacy, and radiology services conveniently located nearby. The successful GP will join a collegial team of five established doctors providing exceptional, personalised patient care. The new GP will be fully supported by an efficient administrative team and three dedicated full-time nurses who manage treatment room duties and run daily health management clinics for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and preventative care, allowing the doctor to maximise clinical focus. This role offers high levels of clinical autonomy, with support for flexible working arrangements. Professional growth is actively encouraged, with a focus on comprehensive CPD support through formal partnerships to simplify recording requirements, free in-house training, and discounted industry event registration. Experienced GPs will find opportunities to become a GP Registrar Supervisor, benefiting from expanded support resources. The practice encourages and provides support for pursuing special interests, with scope for practice in areas like skin cancer medicine, aesthetics, and occupational medicine. Intelligent practice analytics are utilised to assist GPs in making informed individual billing choices. This opportunity is located in a DPA approved area (classified as MMM2+), making it an excellent location for doctors on the FSP, PEP, and other 3GA programs, including those holding General Registration.
