New Product Introduction Engineer

Overview Our Mission: To Be Bold and Impactful Emesent is seeking a passionate New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our fast-paced design and manufacturing team. Responsibilities Work closely with design engineers, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to bring new designs into production. Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including assembly steps, testing, and quality checks. Support prototype builds and pilot runs to identify risks and refine processes before full-scale launch. Drive improvements in cost efficiency, production yield, and product quality. How You\'ll Succeed Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. Problem-solving and root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA). Project management and communication skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
