Primary Objective The Digital Solutions Coordinator provides administrative support and project coordination capability across the team to support the implementation of contemporary digital solutions. Context Statement Digital Solutions works with client agencies to deliver innovative solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of government services, to provide an enhanced customer experience for citizens and business transacting with government. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced and results driven with high expectations of superior service delivery. Key Duties and Responsibilities Undertake a range of general administrative support tasks such as generic mailbox management, JIRA ticket tracking and management, bank reconciliation and invoicing, Tier 1 goods and services procurements and coordination of meetings. Manage team record keeping, workflows and processes, continually assessing for improvements which create efficiencies and streamline working practices. Undertake testing activities, including executing test plans and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Undertake user support activities including access management and troubleshooting basic level technical issues. Liaise effectively with all staff within the unit, the Department, external agencies and organisations to assist in the smooth day-to-day operations. Participate as a project team member to support the delivery of services that meet required standards and legislative requirements. Selection Criteria Essential Well-developed planning, problem solving and organisational skills and demonstrated experience in providing high quality administrative support services. Demonstrated ability to understand a range of technical terminology and language associated with the ICT environment. Well-developed knowledge of a range of business management systems and processes including human resource administration, finance, information and records management and procurement. High level of written skills with the ability to prepare and maintain accurate documentation with attention to detail and accuracy. High standards of client focus and proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with IT professionals, agency management clients and business support staff, service providers, industry and project teams. Experience in, or a highly developed understanding of, undertaking testing activities and business system administration support. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, innovative and respectful. Desirable Prior experience in project administration roles related to digital systems. Qualifications in ICT, project, finance or contract administration.
