About the role RFQ Opportunity Can be perm or contract (3 years) On-site Ideally Melbourne, can be open to other office locations (Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to provide Application Management Support (AMS) services. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA SD module, with a particular focus on Sales Orders , Pricing , and Customer Master Data . The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in dynamic client environments. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP S/4HANA SD module, including issue resolution and user assistance. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master Data. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide expert guidance. Identify and implement configuration changes or enhancements in the SD module. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for debugging and performance optimization when needed. Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and support processes. Support integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, LE) as required. Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members or client staff when necessary. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, including at least 2 years in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Proven expertise in configuring and supporting core SD processes: Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master. Strong understanding of end‑to‑cash (O2C) processes. Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or post‑implementation support roles. Ability to perform detailed issue analysis, debugging, and resolution in coordination with cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Knowledge of Agile or ITIL support methodologies. Why Fujitsu?
