We're seeking an experienced Analytics Solutions Lead to drive our data transformation journey. You'll lead a talented team delivering game‑changing analytics solutions that directly impact our members' financial futures. Your day will see you: Lead the design, uplift and maintenance of our distributed analytics platform Development of innovative data products and insights that drive business value Strategic transformation of our analytics capabilities Mentoring & leading a high‑performing cross‑functional team Proactively delivering strategic and tactical insights to HESTA business teams About You: Proven track record leading BI/Analytics teams in delivering outstanding analytics services and experiences for business customers Experience in implementing and maintaining analytics data‑models and delivery pipelines Experience in both proactive insight generation and cyclical reporting contexts Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills Deep technical knowledge in modern analytics platforms Experience in financial services (superannuation preferred) Join us in revolutionising how data drives member outcomes.
