If you are excited by driving digital transformation at scale, this is your opportunity to lead high‑impact Data & Analytics initiatives across the APAC region for one of the world’s most loved brands. As the Data & Analytics Lead you will lead the full lifecycle of regional D&A projects and ensure actionable insights, AI/ML models, and data‑driven solutions land seamlessly into business workflows. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how APAC teams make decisions, realise value, and adopt digital tools. Key Responsibilities Lead diverse analytics projects from concept to production across multiple APAC markets. Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring strong alignment with regional priorities and global standards. Oversee quality practices to guarantee timely, reliable, and actionable outputs, reports, dashboards, data products, and predictive models. Act as the primary interface linking D&A, project management, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and unlock measurable value. Communicate progress, risks, and business impact clearly and confidently across the organisation. Collaborate with Global D&A and Product teams to represent APAC needs, ensure metric consistency, and champion the D&A tech stack (Azure‑based). Provide hands‑on technical guidance in AI/ML, validating models and elevating best practices across the regional delivery teams. Ensure that delivered solutions embed into business workflows, transforming behaviour and sustaining long‑term value. Skills and Experience Minimum 5+ years in Data & Analytics, including 2+ years of hands‑on Data Science or Machine Learning experience. Proven experience managing and delivering cross‑functional D&A projects; APAC experience is highly valued. Strong ability to translate technical analytics into clear business workflows. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, project management, and stakeholder‑influencing skills. Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure, Databricks) highly regarded.
