We invest in innovation, growth, and most importantly, our people What you will be doing and delivering We are looking for a hands‑on and mechanically minded Maintenance Leading Hand to join our Maintenance team in Tatura & Katunga (two vacant roles) . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, enjoys problem‑solving, and has a strong understanding of equipment and infrastructure maintenance. You’ll be instrumental in leading and supporting daily maintenance activities, supervising contractors, and contributing to the successful delivery of new projects, all while promoting a safe and efficient work environment. What you will bring to the role The ability to participate in an on‑call roster Hold a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience Have a current Driver’s Licence Possess knowledge in basic electrical work, welding (Mig and Arc) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Are confident using computers and maintenance systems Can work safely in physically demanding environments Why Join Flavorite?
