Support Worker – Mackay Permanent, Part time hours with set fortnightly rosters Located in Mackay, Community Hub & In Home support Flexible shifts available, day shifts and weekends. About this role : Join our passionate team in Mackay as a Disability Support Worker We're seeking empathetic, experienced individuals with strong availability for varied shifts – day, afternoon or evening. Support clients in the Community Hub or as In Home Support Services to promote independence, manage complex behaviours, and maintain clear documentation. What benefits can Endeavour offer you? Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evening, early morning, weekends and sleepovers (penalty rates apply). The capacity to meet the physical requirements as some manual handling tasks may be involved. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check, and hold an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
