Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to improve portfolio performance and customer outcomes. Required Qualifications Motivation to build genuine personal connections with customers, empowering them to feel confident and realise their business dreams. Lending experience in business banking or retail banking. Excellent understanding of the SME market. Strong customer and relationship management skills.
