Assistant Director - Windsor Gardens (minutes from Adelaide CBD) Bright Steps Academy Windsor Gardens is seeking an inspiring Assistant Director to join our leadership team at our warm, community-focused early learning centre. This is a meaningful opportunity to support educators, strengthen family partnerships, and help shape the culture of a centre that puts children first. Location: Windsor Gardens, SA – close to Gilles Plains, Klemzig, Campbelltown, Paradise and just 8 km from the Adelaide CBD. Key Responsibilities Support the Centre Director with daily operations, staffing, and centre leadership Assist with enrolments, compliance requirements, and administrative reporting Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality, play-based programs Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community Help foster a centre environment that is safe, inclusive, and aligned with our values About You Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education (2+ years as Assistant Director preferred) ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent ACECQA-approved) Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards A genuine passion for supporting people and delivering exceptional care Collaborative, proactive, and confident in leading and motivating a team Why Join Bright Steps Academy?
