Western Process Controls – Canning Vale WA Join Our Team as Technical Sales – Flow Controls BU Location: WA Reports To: Manager – Flow Controls BU Full Time Role Are you passionate about technical sales and building strong customer relationships? If so, we want you on our team About the Role In the Technical Sales – Flow Controls BU role, you’ll partner with customers to safeguard and optimize control valve performance. You’ll deliver technical expertise in diagnostics, monitoring, and asset management to keep plants running reliably and efficiently. What You’ll Do Drive sales for Control Valve Asset Management, Diagnostics Services, and Severe Service Valve Solutions. Champion advanced technologies like FIELDVUE and Online Valve Monitoring. Act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing specifications and securing preference for severe service applications. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and principals. Gather and share market and competitor intelligence to inform strategy. Key Responsibilities Own the sales cycle: prospect, qualify, propose, and close. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing diagnostics and monitoring capabilities. Develop account strategies to grow share of wallet and expand adoption of Emerson reliability technologies. Collaborate internally to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of Severe Service Valve Sales and Key Account Management experience. Strong process control sales background. High competency with Fisher First 2.0, AMS, ValveLink, and DVC diagnostics. Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously. Why Join Us?
