We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join a global leader that’s expanding in the Australian market. This is your chance to represent cutting‑edge solar technology designed for durability, innovation, and performance in challenging environments. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of growth, strengthening market presence, building lasting partnerships, and driving sales across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility‑Scale projects. If you thrive on combining technical expertise with strategic sales, this is the opportunity to shape the future of clean energy. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility solar markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, and project partners. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely project quotations. Manage the full sales process, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and project handover. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Maintain up-to-date sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records using CRM tools. Skills & Experience Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the solar, renewable energy, or construction sectors. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship‑building skills and customer focus, with a network in the Australian market. Self‑motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Understanding of the technical landscape.
