Operations Supervisors (Daytime & Afternoon) Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Neuron (Neuron Mobility Holdings) is a leading e‑scooter operator. Founded in 2016, we are a market leader in the Asia‑Pacific region and pioneer in docked e‑scooter systems. The Role Operations Supervisor is the hands‑on leader for our Ground Operations team, monitoring Drivers, Ground Patrollers, and Scooter Swappers. Primary KPIs relate to availability and optimal distribution of Neuron e‑scooters and e‑bikes in the city. We want a candidate who has built and led a team and is motivated to contribute to Neuron’s local and national growth. Reporting to the Operations Associate, the Supervisor may also spearhead new launch initiatives. Two supervisor positions are available: daytime (6 am–2 pm) and afternoon (2 pm–10 pm), four weekdays plus one weekend day. Times are flexible for the right candidate. What you’ll do Perform basic administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning. Maintain Operations KPIs related to city availability and rebalancing. Manage Drivers to ensure battery swaps, issue retrieval, and scooter return to designated parking stations. Oversee timely deployment of mobility devices at designated stations to support consumer demand. Ensure pick‑up of assigned e‑scooters from consolidation areas. Conduct quality control and basic maintenance on e‑scooters. Train new Operations staff and conduct refresher training as needed. Ensure adherence to Operations Standard Operating Procedures. Act as a positive brand ambassador for Neuron. Assist other operational cities in Australia with these duties as requested. What you’ll need Valid Open Class Driver Licence. Suitable personal smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer). Flexible work schedule with ability to work weekends. Comfort with lifting, carrying and manoeuvring 30–40 kg as needed. Hands‑on leadership approach, managing “in the field” alongside team members. Self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to multi‑task and keep up with a fast‑paced start‑up. Keen curiosity in shared mobility and a growth mindset.
