Sales Assistant

We are a one‑stop party shopping experience for our loyal customers, including party hire equipment (tables, chairs, glasses, table linen, etc) and general party products (balloons, napkins, decorations). About the Role Your typical day won’t be typical – you’ll inflate balloons, pick hire orders, receive and shelve stock, clean and provide outstanding customer service to our customers. Answering emails to communicate with our valuable clients is also an extremely important part of the role. Responsibilities Inflate balloons and pick hire orders. Receive and shelve stock, clean and maintain the shop. Provide outstanding customer service to customers. Answer emails and communicate with clients. We Are Looking For Someone With: Experience in Retail. Strong focus on Sales. Great relationship building abilities, commitment and reliability, some merchandising skills, experience working in a team, motivated and enthusiastic team. A current manual driver’s licence and the ability to drive a small van for balloon delivery on some occasions would be an advantage. You don’t need any experience in the party industry – full product training and balloon skills will be provided. We’ll reward you with a fun place to work and an outlet for your creative side.
