Job No: APTAV #014 Responsibilities Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of the AskACU Centres nationally, focusing on quality face‑to‑face services and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the National Manager, AskACU Service Operations and other Coordinators to ensure the integrated national AskACU service model succeeds. Provide strong management and leadership to a large, predominantly casual, geographically‑dispersed workforce, including recruitment, induction, training, professional development and performance management. Build capacity and implement strategies to ensure a culture of excellence in client service and continuous improvement. Total remuneration valued to $124,509 – $134,699 (pro rata) per annum, including a salary component of $105,212 – $113,823 (pro rata) per annum (HEW 7) and employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‑term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary (pro rata payable, dependent on commencement date).
