Trade Assistant Poly Fabrication / Welding Elite Docking Solutions – Cockburn Central, WA Elite Docking Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Trade Assistant to join our team in our Cockburn Central, WA location. In this full‑time role you will be responsible for assisting with poly fabrication and welding tasks to support the delivery of high‑quality docking solutions for our valued clients. What you'll be doing Process and cut poly materials Assist with the fabrication of poly components using welding and other techniques Support the assembly and welding of docking systems and related infrastructure Undertake general labouring duties to aid the production process Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols Collaborate with the wider production team to ensure efficient and timely project delivery What we're looking for Previous experience as a trade assistant or in a similar labouring role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries Demonstrated skills in poly fabrication and welding techniques (not essential, training provided) Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills What we offer At Elite Docking Solutions, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
