RESIDENTIAL LOCATION Kalgoorlie/Boulder ROSTER 5:2 (9hrs day shift) (Please note this role is Residential , not FIFO) PACKAGE Salary Performance Bonus Residential Allowance Site Allowance Family Private Health Insurance or Allowance Death and TPD Coverage or Allowance Mental Health Programs Gym Membership Discount Other Benefits WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING This role is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing the mechanical systems and components across Paddington Operations’ mining operations, site services and dewatering, in a safe and efficient manner. Regular inspections of the work area to identify hazards, damage and defects. Basic repairs and servicing of pumps and compressors. Installation and maintenance of pipelines and associated equipment as directed. Assist with Butt and Electrofusion welding of plastic pipes. Diagnosis of faults and breakdowns. Undertaking repairs and component changeouts, where required. Regular inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring good working order. ABOUT YOU Valid unrestricted Western Australian Driver's License (Essential ) Poly welding ticket (Highly Regarded). Previous experience in an Open-Pit/Cut mining environment (Desirable). Certifications in Forklift, EWP, and CN Crane operations (Desirable). Basic computer skills (Desirable). Open to applicants with experience as a Polywelder, Boilermaker, Maintenance Tech, Fitter, or Trade Assistant BENEFITS Permanent full-time role with an immediate start. Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances. Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO. Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location. Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary. A fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $5k. A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k. Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
