Your role with us Your role as Financial Accountant will focus on supporting the finance team with daily accounting such as reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger. You'll also be involved in preparing financial reports and assets management. What you will do Oversee accounts receivable function, including debtor reconciliation and handling all internal and external enquiries. Manage accounts payable function, ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in the system and monitor accounts payable policies and procedures to enhance financial controls. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, to maintain asset control procedures. Maintain accurate general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation, ensure financial records are kept in compliance with group policies, investigating variances and proposing corrective actions required. Month end processes and reporting including month‑end journal, reconciliation, intercompany transactions and balances. Provide accounting support to internal and external stakeholders, including tax compliance, ASIC filings, budgeting and data analysis. What you will bring Minimum of 4 years financial and management accounting experience. Prior experience in software development, SaaS industries, accounting, advisory or comparable role.
