The Opportunity
** 1-Year Fixed Term Contract**Reporting to the
Team Leader Levies,
you'll assist with the preparation of retirement community levies and provide general support for levies queries from communities and residents. This role is responsible for providing financial services to the Operations team, communities and residents, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships throughout the business.You willMaintain high volume levies accountsIssue levy notices, manage receiptingAssist in account reconciliation and preparation of reportsAnswer queries from stakeholders including residentsWork as part of a team to ensure the success of the Community Finance functionWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience in a similar role within a large corporate environmentExperience in accounts receivable, with maintenance of high volume accounts including reconciliationsAbility to provide high quality, timely processing of accounts to the businessEfficient and accurate data entry skillsHigh level of numeracy and strong excel skillsClear and concise communication skillsAbility to work to tight reporting deadlines while prioritising workloadsStrong stakeholder management skillsWhat we offerHybrid working arrangementsOpportunities for further career developmentEmployee Referral Program, earning you up to $500Free Employee Assistance ProgramWho we are
