In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our Modernisation division—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.**What You’ll Be Doing:** Developing and executing your individual sales plan Understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions Building strong relationships with new and existing clients Expanding KONE’s market presence and driving growth Managing the full sales cycle for key customers Generating leads and matching customer needs with KONE’s world-class solutions Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)**What We’re Looking For:** Experience within the elevator industry A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) A resilient, proactive, and results-driven approach A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship management and negotiation skills Tech-savviness with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) A track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts Global career progression opportunities Work with award-winning products and innovative technology Comprehensive training & development programs A fantastic culture with a supportive, people-first team Exclusive employee benefits to help you save on everyday expenses Eligibility: Applicants must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
