About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Revit Drafter to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll lead drafting delivery across a wide range of industrial and commercial projects, producing high‑quality Revit models and documentation that support efficient design and construction outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, architects, and builders, contributing both technical accuracy and practical detailing insight. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, mentoring others, and taking ownership of drafting excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities Produce and manage detailed Revit structural models and documentation for a variety of projects. Convert engineer mark‑ups and site sketches into accurate CAD drawings. Collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into accurate, buildable drawings. Review and coordinate documentation with other disciplines and external stakeholders. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, project requirements, and QA processes. Assist Lead Engineer in the preparation of preliminary sketch designs from architectural drawings as required. Lead drafting workflows, contribute to BIM standards, and support continuous improvement. Maintain drawing standards and project documentation. Mentor junior drafters, providing guidance, feedback, and technical support. Handle project correspondence via document management sites, such as Aconex. Assist with planning, timelines, and project delivery to meet deadlines. About You Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally around 5+ years. Proficient in structural drafting using Revit. Strong understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work. Collaborative and proactive communicator. Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, and contribute to a positive team environment. Excellent level of English written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem‑solving. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of BIM workflows and model management best practices (desirable).
