Overview Gaming Attendant | Mattara Hotel NSW | Dream big with us Mattara Hotel is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Gaming Attendant to join our team. This role is available Monday to Sunday from 10am to 12am. On-the-job training is provided for the right candidate. To be successful in this position, you must hold a valid RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. If you’re customer-focused, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments for guests Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility, safety, RSA and RCG/RCG compliance Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations Qualifications You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications You’ll be yourself and come as you are Benefits An exclusive discount card for ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
