About The Role Gaming Attendant | Mattara Hotel Ready to step into an exciting and fast‑paced role at the Mattara Hotel? We are looking for a dedicated Gaming Attendant to cover shifts spanning from 10:00 AM to Midnight across the week, including weekends and public holidays. To qualify, you must be over 18 and hold valid RSA and RCG – these are essential requirements. While previous experience in a gaming is a significant plus, we value enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn above all else If you are reliable, customer‑focused and eager to contribute to a successful hospitality team, we want to hear from you. Day In The Life Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget. Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. Responsibilities ETC (interact as above – customer engagement, machine payouts, compliance) Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests. Maintain knowledge of all casino games, products, and games location. Report in a timely manner any or suspicious activity or incidents that could be relevant to sanctioning or risk protection. Assist the Permit & Gaming Manager and Management with mandatory documentation procedures in accordance with the responsibilities of the Role. Qualifications & Requirements Great with people, detail and communication, and motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates. Team play with a flexible schedule across the day, evenings and weekends. Current NSW industry RSA and RCG qualifications. Hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting; ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (moving stock, kegs, deliveries, etc.). Must be over 18. Will be required to complete Employee Due Diligence checks, which may include a National Police Check.
