Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist - Full Time Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapist) Location: Penrith – Western Sydney Position: Full Time Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist To Provide Upper Limb / Hand Therapy Services Start Date: Negotiable Are you a passionate and driven new graduate or experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist eager to work in a supportive, dynamic, and evidence-based clinic? Physiotherapy West is excited to welcome a new member to our growing team At Physiotherapy West , we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term outcomes. Our clinic offers a range of services including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Sports Rehab, Hand Therapy and Orthopaedic Post-Operative Care. We combine hands-on therapy with education and exercise to help our clients move better and live healthier. Our clinic is typically fast paced, with a high rate of acute trauma/injuries and elective surgeries. Working days are Monday‑Friday (no weekends). We offer in-service programs, as well as formal and informal mentoring. What We Offer Weekly mentoring with senior Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists/Accredited Hand Therapists Regular in-service training and professional development support A friendly, inclusive, and energetic work environment Opportunities for career progression and specialisation Requirements Completed or about to complete a Bachelor/Masters of Physiotherapy or Bachelor/Masters of Occupational Therapy AHRPA Registration eligibility Professional Indemnity Insurance Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills Associate or Accredited Member of the AHTA Great time‑management and organisational skills Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one Hand Therapy assessments and treatment Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date clinical notes Participate in ongoing education and clinic development Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners, surgeons and other multidisciplinary members of patients' care Provide high‑quality care to patients through evidence‑based practice and personalised treatment plans Manage and treat a range of conditions including trauma, fractures, sports injuries, nerve compressions, tendinopathies/tenosynovitis, post‑elective surgeries, trauma, and overuse injuries If you are interested in this position, please send your CV addressed to Susan Carroll via email: ***************@bigpond.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
