Senior Structural Technician in New Town Location: Glasgow A well-established and respected engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Technician with strong Revit expertise to join their team in Glasgow. The business delivers innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. What you’ll be doing: Leading the production structural drawings and BIM models using Revit. Mentoring and supporting junior technicians within the team. Taking responsibility for drawing and model quality, accuracy, and deadlines. Working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate structural designs. Playing a key role in delivering a wide range of high-profile and technically challenging projects. What we’re looking for: Significant experience as a Structural Technician in a consultancy environment. Advanced proficiency in Revit Structures (AutoCAD experience also beneficial). Strong technical understanding of structural design and construction methods. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with confidence liaising directly with clients and design teams.
