MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd has 16 Medical Centres across NSW. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for Penrith . Your Role Will Include Providing excellent customer service, Organizing appointments, Creating and maintaining records Performing other required reception duties and tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficient practice operations that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients. Assisting Doctors with administration tasks All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice\'s policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should Demonstrate a patient-focused approach in service. Knowledge in Best Practice Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
