Medical Receptionist – Penrith Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd has 16 medical centres across NSW. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to support our Penrith location. Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service Organising appointments Creating and maintaining records Performing other required reception duties and tasks to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations that provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients. Assisting doctors with administrative tasks Qualifications Demonstrate a patient-focused approach in service Knowledge of best practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and multi-task work Work rights in Australia All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice's policies and procedures.
