Great Adventures Reef & Green Island tours – Cairns QLD Great Adventures is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our purchasing team as a Storeperson in our Stores division in Cairns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and responsibility for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of goods and equipment that support daily operations across various departments. This position ensures smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Checking invoices/delivery dockets against receipted goods Conducting stock takes of our stores at month end, following correct procedures and reporting discrepancies Ensuring barge operations with Green Island Resort are managed correctly for timely receipt and storage of goods Assisting vessels for departures and arrivals to facilitate gangways and passenger boarding Maintaining temperature control records in store fridges and freezers About You Must have a current manual driving licence Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stores/warehouse role Ability to work in a physically demanding role Current forklift licence is desirable About Quicksilver Group We are proudly Australia’s leading Great Barrier Reef tourism company with operations based in Cairns, Port Douglas and Green Island.
