About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement & Logistics Administrator to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. This full‑time role will work towards ensuring smooth coordination of purchase orders, shipping schedules, and documentation. The position serves as the link between our vendors, freight partners, and internal teams, ensuring all procurement and shipping processes run efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Track Purchase Orders from creation through to final receipt and follow up to ensure timely confirmations, updates, and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments on shipment scheduling and delivery timelines. Monitor Purchase Order status on a weekly basis and highlight potential delays. Assist in resolving Purchase Order discrepancies. Support process improvement projects within procurement and logistics as needed. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure contract compliance. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain administration (minimum 2 years’ experience preferred). Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external partners. Confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems or ERP platforms. A proactive problem‑solver who can take initiative and follow through with accuracy.
