Village Logistics Administrator Are you ready to be the operational heartbeat of remote mining villages? Mineral Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Village Logistics Administrator to provide essential support, ensuring seamless village operations for our workforce. The Role As Village Logistics Administrator, you'll be integral to our Village Operations team, managing everything from roster efficiency to resident services. This diverse role combines analytical thinking with hands-on administration, directly impacting the comfort and operational success of our remote mining communities. Key Responsibilities Analyse roster data for cost-effective staffing, manage relief pool requests, and coordinate arrivals/departures with precision. Support invoice management, conduct stocktakes, and manage cost codes through Coupa procurement systems. Generate cleaning forecasts, man-day reports, and KPI transport movement data. Maintain professional site communications aligned with MinRes brand standards. Support bus scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and asset register management. Manage training matrixes and coordinate MinRes Learn requirements. Support KPI performance inspections and maintain accommodation access compliance. What You'll Bring Year 12 completion with minimum 2 years similar site-based experience. Strong organisational and time management capabilities. High-level customer service skills and ability to handle ad-hoc demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mobilization software (SAM experience preferred). Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information. Knowledge of journey management, fatigue management, and emergency procedures. Ready to support our remote workforce excellence?
