PCA is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our busy team based in Arundel, QLD. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organised, thrives on coordination, and enjoys keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes. As the Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting our transport and logistics operations – helping to ensure our materials, equipment, and people get where they need to be safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements. What you’ll be doing: Administer and maintain PCA’s Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Management System and compliance records. Track and report on compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) requirements such as fatigue, load restraint, and maintenance. Schedule and coordinate vehicle, plant, and equipment movements across offices, yards, and project sites. Liaise with project teams to ensure logistics support meets delivery deadlines and operational needs. Engage and manage third‑party logistics providers and ensure they meet compliance standards. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and records in systems such as Assignar, Navman, and Business Central. Assist with logistics performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in logistics, construction administration, or compliance coordination. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics software (Assignar, Navman, Business Central, or similar). Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and HVNL requirements. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities.
