About the role: Our client is an Australian owned company providing reliable logistics, freight and supply chain services to premium brands and manufacturers Australia wide. We are now looking for a motivated Logistics / Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good administrative skills and an interest in logistics to grow their career in a fast-paced industry. This is a great role for the early bird. What you’ll be doing: Supporting daily fleet coordination and scheduling tasks Assisting with container wharf operations and logistics administration Using various systems and applications to manage bookings, records, and data entry Invoicing and Accounts Receivable/Payable Communicating with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Providing general administrative support to the logistics team Requirements: Strong administration background with good computer and system skills Excellent Excel and Word skills A quick learner who is system and application savvy Good communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Previous exposure to transports would be highly advantageous A team player who is eager to learn and grow with the business Please note that due to the nature of this work we unfortunately can NOT accept student VISAs (Subclass 500).
