We’re seeking a reliable and detail-driven Logistics Administrator to join our team in Carlton, supporting the coordination of daily freight, dispatch, and warehouse operations across Australia. About the Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics operations — from processing orders and managing dispatch schedules to coordinating with transport providers and maintaining accurate stock records. You’ll work closely with our production, warehouse, and sales teams to keep everything running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily freight bookings and dispatch documentation Liaise with transport providers and customers on delivery schedules Process orders and invoices using Xero , Unleashed and Macship Maintain accurate inventory and stock reconciliation records Support warehouse administration and logistics reporting Assist with process improvements across logistics and supply chain About You Experience in logistics, freight coordination, or warehouse administration Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Xero , Unleashed , or similar) Clear communication and time management abilities A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work Why Join CMI Safe Co?
