What You’ll Be Doing Support Logistics Projects Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and process flows Assist in collecting, analysing and updating inventory data Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) Data entry and processing of inbound and outbound shipments Support preparation of tools, reports and presentations Assist with converting project and Asana data into professional PowerPoint materials Provide general administrative and coordination support for continuous improvement projects Participate in hands‑on warehouse or site‑based activities as required (e.g., stock measurement, data collection) What We Seek Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Ability to manage, validate and interpret data accurately Experience or interest in supply chain, logistics, project coordination and administration Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement Effective communication and collaboration skills Self‑motivated, adaptable and ready to contribute across the team Willingness to engage in hands‑on operational activities when required About Us Reward Hospitality is a leading distributor to the hospitality, catering, health & aged‑care, education, and mining industries, with 27 locations nationwide.
