We take care to engineer the right solution for our customers' requirements and deliver transport and warehouse solutions across Australia and the world. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner. Managing incoming calls. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Performing data entry and other administrative tasks. Working collaboratively with our transport operations team to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of jobs. General office support. Arrange Matchbox empty container re-use. Experience dealing with Export documentation/customers as well as DAFF is preferred. About You Experience using ‘Maximus’ system – Desirable. Experience in using 1-Stop and Container Chain an advantage. Container transport experience – import and export shipments. Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner. A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward‑thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment. High organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
