Part Time Customer Service Administrator PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia’s largest and longest serving recruitment providers. We deliver quality temporary and permanent options and specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent. We are working with a National Manufacturing organisation to find an experienced Customer Service Administrator Officer to join their team on a part time basis in Wangara for a maternity leave cover. Working hours: Part time – 5 day fortnight Start Date: End January 2026 Duration: Until approx. June 2026 – potential to be extended for the right candidate Pay rate: $35 p/h + Super (depending on experience) Role Inbound customer service calls, assisting with enquiries and processing customer orders Providing superb customer service to all customers in regard to product / service knowledge Building new, and nurturing existing relationships with key stakeholders Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Ensure accurate delivery documentation is converted to invoices and statements Assist in inventory management at both our depot and manufacturing site Provide daily production and delivery reports to Business Unit and State Sales Manager Liaising with Customers / clients in regard to the status of their orders Actively seek out opportunities to enhance customer service through various means and initiatives Maintain a mind-set of continuous improvement Assisting with Administration support in financial functions – payment / invoicing support Providing product/services information Role Requirements Passion for customer service Proven work experience in a fast paced Customer Service Officer / administration role Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask Experience using SAP would be very beneficial but not essential Good time management and ability to prioritise Computer literate – advanced Excel user, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems and manage infrastructure and system challenges Who we are / EEO Statement We’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace that embraces diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives.
