We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic eCommerce Assistant to join the INTERSPORT Head Office team. Reporting to the eCommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for providing service support to our franchisees and customers, and delivering day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation and ongoing optimisation of our website. We are currently in an exciting growth phase at INTERSPORT Australia and this role will play an important part in the digital team. Customer service and eCommerce administration are the core responsibilities of this role, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service and satisfaction for our franchisees and online customers and also ensuring that all products are enriched ahead of each product season. Please note this is a full-time role, with core office hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. INTERSPORT Australia's Head Office located in Moorabbin, servicing 87 franchised retail sporting goods stores around Australia. Our small and effective team is primarily focused on providing services to our franchisees across Australia. To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, drive and initiative. You will need to be organised & service focused, with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail. You will have the ability to adapt and change in an always evolving retail environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES eCommerce Administration: Product enrichment, collection updates, website optimisations, and reporting assistance Customer Service: Support our franchisees and online customers across a range of channels such as email, phone calls, live chat Assist with the coordination of online customer order fulfilment Deliver an exceptional customer service experience that is consistent with our vision and values P.A.C.E. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service and/or administration role Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills Ability to multitask & follow process Proven experience in MS Office Suite Experience with Shopify beneficial but not essential WHY JOIN TEAM INTERSPORT?
