You’ll conduct home opens, chat with prospective tenants, present applications to owners and help deliver a smooth, standout leasing experience from start to finish. You’ll also be a key part of our leasing team’s rhythm, keeping workflows humming and supporting a high performing crew. You’ll have a dedicated Team Leader in your corner from day one, helping you learn our systems and giving you support when things get tricky. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide owners with market feedback, plus advertising and marketing recommendations Manage leasing enquiries, applications and tenant communication end-to-end Conduct home opens and private viewings confidently and professionally Use leasing/property management systems to keep records accurate and up to date Support leasing administration and jump in where needed Be an active contributor to our positive, inclusive culture What You’ll Bring: At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Perth A proactive, can do mindset and genuine love of great service Strong communication skills and a warm, professional style Great attention to detail and pride in doing things properly Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle priorities Confidence with compliance, leasing documentation and processes Microsoft Office skills and experience with property/CRM software What You’ll Get: Hands on training and ongoing support from your dedicated Team Leader A clear pathway to grow your career in an award winning agency Work from home flexibility after you pass probation A team that backs you, celebrates wins and keeps things real Base salary aligned with your experience Ready to Make Your Move?
